- One Step Beyond: Epilogue (1959) [Helen Archer]: Crushed to death by falling debris during a cave-in in a mine. Her body (just her hand actually) is seen when her husband (Charles Aidman) discovers it, after her ghost leads Charles to where their son (Charles Herbert) is trapped.
- The Big Valley: The Emperor of Rice (1968) [Janet Masters]: Fatally injured when a burning beam falls on top of her while fighting Barbara Stanwyck; her body is seen when her husband (Harry Townes) carries it out of the house.
- Sliders: Roads Taken (1999) [Old Maggie Beckett]: Ceases to exist when Kari Wuhrer and Jerry O'Connell are healed and their bubble universe collapses.
