The Baby of Macon (1993) [The Daughter]: Dies of her injuries after being raped by an entire garrison of soldiers, one after the other.
Legends of the Fall (1994) [Susannah Fincannon Ludlow]: Commits suicide (off-camera) by shooting herself in the head in her bedroom. We see a close-up of her hand raising the gun, then hear the shot from outside the room; her body is not shown afterwards.
Nostradamus (1994) [Marie]: Dies of a bubonic plague in a dungeon, with Tchéky Karyo by her side.
Surveillance (2008) [Elizabeth Anderson]: Although she survives the actual movie, the US DVD includes an alternate ending in which she is shot in the head (off-screen) by Bill Pullman as a mercy killing after she's shot in the back by Kent Harper.
Chained (2012) [Sarah Fittler]: Killed by Vincent D'Onofrio (off-screen); only her screams are heard after Vincent drags her away while her son (Evan Bird) listens helplessly.

Stalin (1992) [Nadya Alliluyeva]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by shooting herself in the head after an argument with Robert Duvall; her body is shown lying on the bed afterwards.
Iron Jawed Angels (2004) [Inez Millholland]: Dies of complications from epilepsy.
