Triple Dog (2010) [Stacy St. Clair]: Drowns after being dared into jumping from a bridge into the river below by Britt Robertson, both unaware of the strong current that ultimately causes Julia's demise.
Goblin (2010): killed by roy campsall
Scarecrow (2013) [Nicki]: Thrown partially through a window by a scarecrow monster, causing a shard of broken glass to lodge in her throat.

Smallville: Prey (2008) [Mary Pierson]: Killed off-screen by Tyler Johnston (posing as a dark blur) after getting dragged away to the dark, screaming..
Supernatural: Mommy Dearest (2011) [Eve]: Poisoned by phoenix ashes when she was in shapeshifted to Samantha Smith's body and had bitten Jensen Ackles in his neck after Jensen drank a little whiskey mixed with phoenix ashes to taunt her to bite him and to get poisoned with it. After she was poisoned, her inside burned out and black ooze liquids started to pour out of her head, mouth and nose. She eventually dies in her original vessel as Julia's body.
