- Torchwood: Children of Earth: Day Five (2009) [Holly Frobisher]: Shot to death (off-screen) by her father (Peter Capaldi), alongside her mother (Hilary Maclean) and her sister (Madeleine Rakic-Platt). Peter kills them all in order to prevent his children from being abducted by the aliens (we see him closing a bedroom door with a gun behind his back, followed by four gunshots).
