- Hell Ride (2008) [Cherokee Kisum]: Burned to death when David Carradine sets her on fire in a hotel room, after Vinnie Jones slits her throat and douses her with gasoline.
- The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 (2012) [Leah Clearwater]: Falls to her death (while in her wolf form) into the crevasse that opens up in the ground, after she saves Elisabeth Reaser from falling. This turns out to be a vision of the future that Ashley Green is showing to Michael Sheen; this future is prevented when Michael decides not to fight, and she survives the movie in reality.
