- Dead Silence (2007) [Mary Shaw]: Dies of shock/blood loss after a lynch mob cuts out her tongue (off-screen); she appears as a ghost throughout the movie, and her body (modified in the style of a ventriloquist dummy) is shown in a flashback when Keir Gilchrist accidentally knocks her out of her coffin in the funeral home.
- You Were Never Really Here (2017) [Joe's Mother]: Shot in the eye (off-screen) by one of the henchmen while she slept. Her body is discovered by Joaquin Phoenix and is later laid to rest.
