This episode of the crime documentary series was based on the real life incident in Taguig City, where 3 residents, OFW for Japan Marie Angelica Belina, food delivery rider Mark Ian Desquitado, and local villager "Dexter", were shot dead out of envy by Julian "Jimboy" Paningbatan Jr, a former Philippine Navy officer.
