- Ellery Queen: The Adventure of the Two-faced Woman (1976) [Lillian McGraw]: Stabbed to death (off-camera) by Vera Miles while Joyce is examining a painting; the scene cuts away with Joyce screaming as the unseen Vera approaches her. Her body is shown afterwards (covered with a sheet) being carried out on a stretcher. (Thanks to Davy)
