- Akira (1988; anime) [Tetsuo Shima]: Presumed to have been killed by the explosion caused by Akira. We last hear him say "I am Tetsuo" before the end credits, leaving his fate ambiguous.
- Mobile Suit Gundam F91 (2004; anime) [Arthur Jung]: Killed when a Crossbone Vanguard Den'an Gei mobile suit destroys one of the cannons of the Guntank R-44. His lifeless body crashes into a house's brick wall shortly afterward.
TV Deaths[edit | edit source]
- Digimon Tamers: Jeri's Quest (2001; anime) [Kumbhiramon]: Slashed to death by Leomon (Paul St. Peter) with his sword, he then absorbs his data after his body disintegrates.
- Wolf's Rain: Wolf's Rain (2004; anime) [Hige]: Dies of blood loss after asking Tsume (voiced by Crispin Freeman) to bite him in putting an end to his misery after being fatally wounded by Darcia (voiced by Steven Jay Blum). (For the Japanese version, see Akio Suyama.)
