- Blood Night: The Legend of Mary Hatchet (Blood Night - Die Legende von Mary Hatchet) (2009) [Tyler]: Partially decapitated when Danielle Harris stabs him in the back of the head with a pair of scissors and cuts away, as Josh is having sex with Samantha Jacober. Their bodies are shown later when Nate Dushku discovers them.

- Chicago P.D.: Start Digging (2016) [Justin Voight]: Shot in the neck by Joseph Sikora, leaving him braindead; his life support is switched off off-screen.
- Arrow: Lian Yu (2017) [Adrian Chase/Prometheus]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by shooting himself in the head in order to activate a dead man's trigger to cause the island of Lian Yu to explode in hopes of killing Stephen Amell's team as Stephen and his son (Jack Moore) look on in shock.
- Arrow: Fundamentals (2018) [Adrian Chase/Prometheus]: Neck broken at the end of a fight by Stephen Amell (Josh appears as a hallucination to Stephen due to the drug Vertigo, so he keeps reappearing afterwards.)
- Arrow: Starling City (2019) [Adrian Chase/Green Arrow - Earth-2]: Presumably disintegrated off-screen during the Anti-Matter's destruction of Earth-2.
