- Natural Born Killers (1994) [Soundman]: Killed during the prison riot while Woody Harrelson and Juliette Lewis escape. (I can't recall the details of Josh's death, but I remember that the entire film crew apart from Robert Downey Jr. were killed).
- Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (2005) [Rickie]: Shot in the head by Martha Hackett from her window, while Josh and Robert Downey Jr. are in the alley below, trying to get away from a robbery.
