- Transformers Prime: Predatory (2011; animated) [Jack Darby/Tailgate]: Tailgate is slashed to pieces by Airachnid (Gina Torres) as Arcee (Sumalee Montano) looks on in horror. Jack survives the episode.
- Transformers Prime: Orion Pax: Part 2 (2012; animated) [Jack Darby/Vehicon Trooper #2/Vehicon Trooper #3]: Vehicon Trooper #3 crashes and blows up while in vehicle mode after being blasted by Starscream (Steven Jay Blum); Jack and Vehicon Trooper #2 survive the episode.
- Transformers Prime: The Human Factor (2012; animated) [Jack Darby/MECH Surgeon]: The MECH Surgeon is killed with a blaster by Silas (Clancy Brown); Jack survives the episode.
- Green Lantern: The Animated Series (2012-2013) [Manhunters]: Throughout the series Josh also voiced the Manhunters and The Manhunters are destroy in different ways by Hal Jordan, Kilowog (Kevin Michael Richardson), Aya (Grey Griffin), and Razer (Jason Spisak) and other characters.
- Voltron: Legendary Defender: Blackout (2017; animated) [Takashi "Shiro" Shirogane]: Die offscreen while in the Black Lion, he later returns in The Journey, but was later reveealed to be a clone and his soul was absorbed into the Black Lion. His soul is then transfer into the Clone's body by Allura (Kimberly Brooks) in A Little Adventure.
- Voltron: Legendary Defender: Code of Honor (2017; animated) [Shiro/Regris]: "Regris" perishes in an explosion while onboard the vessel. (Shiro lives)
- What If...?: Zombies? (2021; animated) [Captain America/Steve Rogers]: Infected with the zombie virus after being bitten by Hank Pym. His zombified form is later destroyed by Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan).
- Arcane: The Base Violence Necessary for Change (2021; animated) [Deckard]: Throat crushed by Vander (JB Blanc).
Video Game Deaths[]
- God of War II (2007) [The Last Spartan]: Stabbed in the chest by Terrence 'T.C.' Carson; he dies while talking to Terrence.
- Spider-Man 2 (2023) [Electro]: Killed (off-screen) by Jim Pirri; his death is revealed in a recording found by Laura Bailey.
