Pearl Harbor (2001) [Captain Danny Walker]: Shot to death by a Japanese soldier when he lunges into the line of fire to protect Ben Affleck; he dies in Ben's arms shortly afterwards while talking to Ben. (However; there is some edited versions on Television and TV, such as AMC+ where he dies of his wounds from his Plane crash landing.)
30 Days of Night (2007) [Sheriff Eben Oleson]: Commits suicide by exposing himself to sunlight while watching the sunrise with Melissa George, after Josh had deliberately transformed himself into a vampire in order to destroy Danny Huston. (The character is later brought back to life in the sequel 30 Days of Night: Dark Days where he is portrayed by Stephen Huszar.)
Wrath of Man (2021) [Boy Sweat Dave] Shot to death by Holt McCallany.

Black Mirror: Beyond the Sea (2023) [David Ross]: Portraying a dual role of both "human" and "replica" of the same character, the "replica" is destroyed after Rory Culkin and his group set fire to him after beating his family (Auden Thornton, Billie Sturrock Kewish, and Charlie Fidelski) to death in front of him. (The "human" version survives the episode.)
