Film Deaths[]

The Picture of Dorian Gray (2005) [Dorian Gray]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by shooting himself; his body is shown afterwards, having rapidly aged to his true age as his portrait becomes young again.
Night of the Animated Dead (2021; animated) [Harry Cooper]: Shot in the stomach during a struggle with Dule Hill; his body is later seen being eaten by his zombie daughter (Ashley Lambert) when his wife (Nancy Travis) enters the basement and he's shot in the head by Hill again after he comes back as a zombie.

All My Children (October 2002) [Leo du Pres]: Drowned after he falls over a railing and into the river at the end of a struggle with his mother (Marj Dusay). (Josh later returned to the series for a guest appearance in a dream sequence in 2011.)
Las Vegas: Nevada State (2004) [Danny McCoy]: Throat slit (off-screen) by Wade Williams in Vanessa Marcil's dream sequence. (He survives the episode in reality.)
Capsized: Blood in the Water (2019 TV) [John Lippoth]: Eaten by sharks.

The Callisto Protocol (2022) [Jacob Lee]: Temporarily flatlines when a “CORE device” is injected into his neck by Louise Barnes during his transfer into prison. He is revived with a health injector only a few moments after. Josh survived the base game's events.
The Callisto Protocol - Final Transmission (2023) [Jacob Lee]: Limbs torn off, either due to an explosion or a swarm of Biophages during his sacrifice to send Karen Fukuhara to safety. He later succumbed to his wounds after being put on life support by Louise Barnes to live long enough to extract his memories and send them to Karen. (Josh appears in a satire video where Josh says that although Jacob is dead, Josh is still alive while he is also missing his limbs and is put on life support)
