- CSI: Miami: Special Delivery (2011) [Doug Govoli]: Slashed to death with his own box cutter by Rafi Gavron at the end of a struggle in Josh's delivery truck. His body is shown afterwards as the CSI team investigates the scene, and his death is shown in a flashback later on.
