We last see her at a party as Lucas Belvaux surreptitiously photographs the partygoers, before Josephine "leaves town"; her body (just her hands and hair, obviously a special-effects dummy) is shown afterwards when Jean Poiret discovers her encased in the plaster base of a statue in her garden.
