• The Unforgiven (1960) [Abe Kelsey]: Hanged to death when Lillian Gish scares the horse he's on, after Charles Bickford's men tie a noose around his neck and demand that he tells them what he knows about Audrey Hepburn (and what he says provokes Lillian into striking the horse). (Thanks to Brian)

• Dr. No (1962) [Dr. Julius No]: Boiled to death in radioactive water when the platform he is on descends into the water (and he is unable to climb out due to his metal hands) at the end of a fight with Sean Connery.

• The Valachi Papers (1972) [Salvatore Maranzano]: Stabbed and shot by members of a rival gang disguised as policemen.
