Diary of a Madman (1963) [The Horla]: Providing the voice of an invisible spirit, he is destroyed after Vincent Price sets fire in his house, we only see a green glow as he screams in the flames.
Prizzi's Honor (1985) [Marxie Heller] Shot to death by Jack Nicholson off-screen. We only see Jack taking Joseph away and then hear the gun shots.
Firepower (1993) [Drexal]: Stabbed in the chest when Chad McQueen throws a katana at him.
Smokin' Aces (2006) [Primo Sparazza]: Dies (along with Jeremy Piven ) when Ryan Reynolds disconnects both of their life-support systems (there is an alternative ending where Ryan shoots Joseph and Jeremy repeatedly). (Thanks to ND and JOK)
