Diary of a Madman (1963) [The Horla]: Providing the voice of an invisible spirit, he is destroyed after Vincent Price sets fire in his house, we only see a green glow as he screams in the flames.
Prizzi's Honor (1985) [Marxie Heller] Shot to death by Jack Nicholson off-screen. We only see Jack taking Joseph away and then hear the gun shots.
Firepower (1993) [Drexal]: Stabbed in the chest when Chad McQueen throws a katana at him.
Smokin' Aces (2006) [Primo Sparazza]: Dies (along with Jeremy Piven ) when Ryan Reynolds disconnects both of their life-support systems (there is an alternative ending where Ryan shoots Joseph and Jeremy repeatedly).

Gunsmoke: Stage Stop (1966) [Curt Hansen]: Shot down by Jack Ging whilst he is talking to Milburn Stone.
Mission: Impossible: The Slave: Part 2 (1967) [King Ibn Borca]: Shot in the back by his brother (David Mauro).
Mrs. Columbo: A Puzzle for Prophets (1979) [Sid Russell]: Dies of a heart attack after Francine Tacker uses a CB radio to make his pacemaker stop working and using a Beta tape recording of herself to blow out the TV screen.
Murder, She Wrote: J.B.. as in Jailbird (1988) [Ivanov]: Shot in the back by Sam Behrens.
