Casino Royale (2006) [Carter]: Bitten by a cobra as he tries to run after Sebastien Foucan. (Note: some sources state that he was fixed and survived, others (like the 007 encyclopedia) state he died, however he is never seen again after the scene).
All The Devil's Men (2018) [Tony Deighton]: Throat slit and stabbed in the neck by Milo Gibson at the end of a struggle.
Angel Has Fallen (2019) [Agent Ramirez]: Shot in the stomach (hitting outside his bulletproof vest) by Danny Huston while Joseph and Jada Pinkett Smith confront him. Danny then finishes him off by shooting him in the head before finishing off Jada.

ShakespeaRe-Told: Macbeth (2005) [Billy Banquo]: Stabbed in the chest (off-screen) by Gregory Chisholm (acting on James McAvoy's instructions) on a bicycle trail. He appears as a hallucination when the guilt-ridden James imagines seeing Joseph's ghost at the dinner table.
Midsomer Murders: Days of Misrule (2008) [James Parkes]: Stabbed in the chest with a pocket knife by Tim Pigott-Smith.
24: Live Another Day: 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. (2014) [Derrick Yates]: Stabbed in the head by Emily Berrington.
Queens of Mystery: Murder in the Dark: First Chapter (2019) [Oscar Prescott]: Struck in the head with a trophy by Georgina Rich.
The Last Kingdom: Season 4 Episode 2 (2020) [Aelfric]: Shot in the eye by his son Ossian Perret with an arrow, whilst he is being held with a sword to his throat by Alexander Dreymon, who was already going to kill him.
