- Rawhide: The Backshooter (1964) [Sam Jefferson]: After having been framed for a Wells Fargo robbery by Louis Hayward Joseph is mortally shot in the back with a rifle by Louis from the top of a cliff to end Joseph's marriage to his daughter (Holly McIntire). He dies moments later talking to Clint Eastwood.
