- Diamonds Are Forever (1971) [Dr. Metz]: Presumably killed in an explosion after Sean Connery causes the oil rig lair to explode. (Interestingly, the start of the trailer shows the character being knocked down by an explosion - this scene doesn't happen in the final film and is not even available among the deleted scenes). (In the original script, he tries to escape via boat and is blown up by a helicopter).
