Disturbia (2007) [Officer Gutierrez]: Neck snapped by David Morse while Jose is investigating around David's home.
Crank: High Voltage (2009) [Ricky Verona]: Appearing as a severed head kept alive on life-support equipment, he dies after Jason Statham disconnects him from the machines and kicks him into the swimming pool.

The River: Doctor Emmet Cole (2012) [Manny Centeno]: Skinned alive by a supernatural entity (off-screen); his body is shown when Bruce Greenwood and Katie Featherston see him hanging from a tree.
The Walking Dead: Dead Weight (2013) [Caesar Martinez]: Devoured by zombies after being dragged into a pit filled with them by David Morrissey, having been first struck over the head with a golf club, ensuring that Jose was unable to defend himself.
