- Money Train (1995) [Victor]: Shot to death by cops, or killed by Chris Cooper.
- Con Air (1997) [DEA Agent Willie Sims]: Shot in the chest by John Malkovich during a stand-off in the plane (his body is later seen as Ving Rhames steals his gun).
- The Crew (2000) [Escobar]: Killed in a shoot-out with Burt Reynolds or one of his friends.
- Gun Shy (2000) [Fidel Vaillar]: Killed in a fight/shootout with Oliver Platt's cohorts.
- Snow White: The Fairest of Them All (2001) [Hector]: My memory of this movie is vague, but I believe he was killed by a magical spell or a monster sent by Miranda Richardson.
- The Hunted (2003) [Bobby Moret]: Stabbed in the neck when Benicio Del Toro throws a knife at him; he later bleeds to death as FBI agents try to save him as Connie Nielsen looks on.
- Mission Impossible III (2006) [IMF Agent Pete]: Killed in a shoot-out with Philip Seymour Hoffman's cohorts.
- Next (2007) [Security Chief Roybal]: Throat slit (off-screen) after being tortured by Thomas Kretschmann's team of terrorists; his death is confirmed in the dialogue between Julianne Moore and Tory Kittles.
- Diablo (2015) [Guillermo]: Presumably shot to death by Scott Eastwood; the film cuts to black as Scott fires his gun at José, followed by Camilla Belle screaming.
Televison Deaths[]
- Alias: The Orphan (2005) [Roberto Fox]: Shot to death by Mia Maestro after she discovers he's an enemy agent.
- Dexter: Love American Style (2006) [Jorge Castillo]: Throat slit on both sides (off-screen) by Michael C. Hall, when he kills him along with Valerie Dillman after strapping them both down to tables in a mobile home in their junkyard. The scene ends before he kills them.
- Person of Interest: Blue Code (2012) [Neil Vargas]: Shot to death by Jim Caviezel while trying to kill Michael Aronov.
- The Last Ship: El Toro (2014) [El Toro]: Fatally stabbed in the back by Alex Fernandez.
- Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: The Laws of Inferno Dynamics (2016) [Eli Morrow]: Trapped inside of the Quantum Battery, where he is grabbed and burnt alive by his nephew (Gabriel Luna), before a gateway to hell is opened underneath them and they vanish inside. Gabriel survives this and returns in a later episode, but José does not return and is therefore presumably is killed in the flames.
