- Sudden Death (1995) [Wootton]: Killed by either Powers Booth or one of his cohorts or in a fight with Jean-Claude Van Damme.
- The Relic (1997) [Guard Frederick Ford]: Decapitated by a mutated Lewis Van Bergen who then rips out his brain to feed on the hypothalamus gland (after being dragged under several toilet stalls).
