Film Deaths
- Oh Dad, Poor Dad, Mama's Hung You in the Closet and I'm Feeling So Sad (1967) [Dad]: Dies (off-screen) of a heart attack while in bed with Janis Hansen. He appears as an angel on a cloud in the opening scene, and narrates the movie in voice-over; his death is shown in home-movie footage that Rosalind Russell shows to Hugh Griffith, and his stuffed body is shown when he falls out of the closet. (Played for comic effect.)
- Alice in Wonderland (1985) [Humpty Dumpty]: Killed by Jabberwocky.
TV Deaths
- The Twilight Zone: A Game of Pool (1961) [James Howard 'Fats' Brown]: Dies (off-screen) under unspecified circumstances, some time before the story begins; he appears as a spirit in response to Jack Klugman's wish to challenge him to a game of pool.
