The Equalizer 2 (2018) [Resnik]: Blown up/burned to death after Denzel Washington throws a grenade, which sets off one of his traps.

The Wrong Girl (1999 TV) [Steve Fischer]: Bludgeoned to death in the head with a wooden paddle by Zoe McLellan after an argument. Zoe then ties a weight around his ankle and pushes him off the boat into the lake to cover up the cause of death. His body was found on shore by Jonathan's mother (Barbara Mandrell) and the death was shown in a flashback at the end of the movie.
Judas (2004 TV) [Jesus Christ]: Executed by crucifixion. He resurrects three days later.
Into the West: Casualties of War (2005) [General George Armstrong Custer]: Bludgeoned to death at the battle of the Little Bighorn, as seen by Nakotah LaRance as he observes the battle through the binoculars of a fallen Seventh Cavalryman (Historically inaccurate, the real George Armstrong Custer died from two gunshot wounds; one shot below his heart and another one to his left temple).
Proof of Lies (2006 TV) [Sam Buckner]: Shot to death by Amanda Detmer in a laboratory while Jonathan is trying to kill her.
Grimm: The Good Shepherd (2012) [Reverend Lance Calvin]: Trampled to death by his own congregation of Sheep-Like Wesen people as Silas Weir Mitchell and Kristina Anapau looks on.
The 100: Blood Giant (2020) [Doucette]: Shot to death by Eliza Taylor.
