Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday (1993) [David]: In a deleted scene, head bashed against a faucet by Deputy Josh Andrew Bloch who is possessed by Jason.
The Last Supper (1995) [Marc]: Poisoned (off-screen), along with all his friends, after Ron Perlman switches the poisoned wine they'd been planning to give him. We only see a stylized painting of Ron standing over the bodies.
Bloodfist VII: Manhunt (1995) [Officer Johnny Marvosa]: Shot in the head by Don "the Dragon" Wilson as he's holding Jillian McWhirter at knifepoint. (It appeared Jonathan had been killed earlier, after being shot in the back by Jillian, but he was wearing a bulletproof vest).
The Bye Bye Man (2017) [Mr. Daizy]:

Seinfeld: The Bookstore (1998) [Zach]: Run over by Wayne Knight in his rickshaw which causes Michael Richards to flee in shock. (Played for comic effect).
The Nanny: Danny's Dead and Who's Got the Will? (1997) [Danny Imperioli]: Dies off-screen from an allergic reaction to back wax. (Played for comic effect).
