Superbad (2007) [Seth]: Throat slashed with a broken liquor bottle by Charley Rossman after Jonah attempts to steal some liquor; this is revealed to be one of Jonah's fantasies about what the outcome will be if he stole the liquor (Jonah survives the film in reality). (Played for comedic effect.)
Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story (2007) [Nate Cox's Ghost]: Plays the adult ghost version of Chip Hormess' character, whom he appears to his brother (John C. Reilly) several times throughout the film. (Played for comedic effect.)
Django Unchained (2012) [Bag Head #2]: Killed in an explosion when Christoph Waltz shoots his wagon he had filled with dynamite he had set as a trap for him and the rest of the posse. (Played for semi-comedic effect.)
This Is the End (2013) [Jonah Hill]: After being possessed by a demon, Jonah is crushed by falling debris (on top of being caught on fire) while chasing after Seth Rogen, James Franco, Craig Robinson and Jay Baruchel. (Played for comedic effect.)
Sausage Party (2016; animated) [Carl]: Voicing a sausage, Jonah is stabbed then sliced in half from a knife from a woman (voiced by Lauren Miller) by a window sill as Barry (voiced by Michael Cera) watches in horror.
Don't Worry, He Won't Get Far on Foot (2018) [Donnie Green]: Dies (off-screen) of AIDS; his death is revealed when Joaquin Phoenix mentions it in his narration.
