Bad Boys II (2003) [Roberto]: Shot once in the head with a handgun by Jordi Molla after Jordi tells Jon that he endangered his daughter, mother and money by letting Will Smith and Martin Lawrence in his mansion.
Bullet to the Head (2013) [Louis Blanchard]: Stabbed repeatedly in the side and back by Jason Momoa while out drinking at a bar after Jason spills beer on Jon. He then tries going after Jason with a switchblade before collapsing (off-screen). His body is shown when Sylvester Stallone discovers him.

Oz: The Routine (1997) [Dino Ortolani]: Burned to death when Tim McAdams sets him on fire while he's sedated in solitary confinement on Leon Robinson's orders as a revenge for beating Leon's brother (Derrick Simmons) in the showers because Derrick was homosexual. (Jon reappeared as a spirit in the 2003 episode A Day in the Death.)
CSI: Miami: Tipping Point (2008) [Hector Salazar]: Bleeds to death after being shot in the chest by Jules Douglas; he dies while talking to David Caruso.
The Pacific: Iwo Jima (2010) [GySgt. John Basilone]: He just destroyed a Japanese gun nest but as he is running, he gets shot in the back of the chest then it enters his arm caused by Japanese soldiers during the Battle of Iwo Jima. (Historically inaccurate; he had actually died of shrapnel from a explosion)
