Jackass: The Movie (2002) [Himself]: Playing an older version of himself, Knoxville is crushed by a falling house during a segment teasing a fake sequel to the film titled Son of Jackass. (Played for comic effect)
Life Without Dick (2002) [Dick Rasmusson]: Accidentally shot to death by Sarah Jessica Parker; his body is seen later on when Sarah shows Harry Connick, Jr. (Played for comic effect)
Small Apartments (2012) [Tommy Balls]: Fatally shot in the torso by 2 muggers
Polar (2019) [Michael Green]: Shot in the head by Fei Ren, on top of having been shot several times with a sniper rifle by Anthony Grant and Josh Cruddas. While Johnny is bleeding out from the sniper shots, he askes Fei why they are killing him, to which she answers that it ws because he got old, before shooting him in the head. The group then watch Johnny's erection go down before escaping.
Jackass Forever (2022) [Himself]: During the opening intro, he was crushed to death by a green 'monster' but at the end, it shows a model of Johnny getting crashed, not the actual Johnny.
