- Fearless (1993) [Jeff Gordon]: Killed (along with most of the passengers) in a plane crash.
- Evolver (1995) [Russell Bennett]: Killed in an explosion / burned to death along with several of his staff members by the robot Evolver (voiced by William H. Macy).

- The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest: The Thoughtscape (1997; animated) [Dr. Benton Quest/Fake Dr. Benton Quest]: Playing two versions of the character, "Fake Dr. Benton Quest" disintegrates after the real "Dr. Quest" punches him.
- Breaking Bad: No Más (2010) [Donald Margolis]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by shooting himself. His death is mentioned on the radio as Bryan Cranston drives.
- Torchwood: Miracle Day: The Blood Line (2011) [Allen Shapiro]: Is rendered "Category One" (still alive despite injuries that would normally be fatal) by a bomb placed by Marina Benedict. He is presumed to have died once his immortality was negated by Eve Myles, John Barrowman, and Mekhi Phifer.
- Star Trek: Picard: Farewell (2022) [Q]: Dies of unknown causes after saying his goodbyes & snapping his fingers sending Patrick Stewart & his crew back to their original timeline. It is revealed 2 episodes ago that he was dying.
