- Phantom of the Mall: Eric's Revenge (1989) [Devon]: Electrocuted when Derek Rydall slams him into a circuit breaker with a forklift. His eyes eventually shooto out of his head due to the intense electricity.
- Scanner Cop II (1995) [Sheriff Jake] Impaled with a screwdriver by Patrick Kilpatrick who then causes his head to split using his powers.
TV Deaths[]
- The Incredible Hulk: A Minor Problem (1982) [Mark]: Killed (off-screen), along with Lisa Jane Persky, in an automobile accident after exposure to bacteria causes him to crash his Bronco into a tree; their bodies are discovered in the wreckage by Bill Bixby and Nancy Lee Grahn.
