- Romeo and Juliet (1968) [Mercutio]: Stabbed in the chest by Michael York when Leonard Whiting attempts to break up their sword fight. He dies shortly afterwards while making his final speech.
- Bartleby (1970) [Bartleby]: Dies of starvation in a psychiatric hospital.
- The Land That Time Forgot (1974) [Capt von Schoenvorts]: Having survived being shot, he is one of the survivors about to die in the stricken submarine as we see it sink in the river boiling from the lava from the erupting volcano and it explodes. (Thanks to Brian)
TV Deaths[]
- The Storyteller: Greek Myths: Perseus & the Gorgon (1991) [King Polydectus]: Turned to stone by the gaze of Medusa.
- Merlin (1998 mini-series) [Lord Ardente]: Stabbed with a sword by Rutger Hauer in battle.
- New Tricks: End of the Line (2011) [Tony "No Ticket" Hale]: A terminally ill tramp, confined to a wheelchair in a hospice after a life of drink, drugs and rough living on London's streets, he dies offscreen.
