Brotherly Love (1985) [Greg Anderson]: Shot to death (off-screen) by one of Ron Karabatso's thugs; his body is shown afterwards lying in an alley as George Dzundza and Barry Primus investigate the crime scene.
Leprechaun 3 (1995) [Fazio Williams]: After getting trapped in a box, he is cut in half with chainsaw by Warwick Davis, while the audience looks on in horror.
Mobile Suit Gundam I (1999; anime) [Crown]: Burnt to death when his Zaku goes into reentry fighting the Gundam, as Steven Jay Blum looks on.
Resident Evil: Vendetta (2017; animated) [Glenn Arias]: Killed by Kevin Dorman with a grenade launcher after having his body fused with Fred Tatasciore.
Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Movie: Infinity Castle (2025) [Jigoro Kuwajima]: Revealed to have committed seppuku after Kaigaku's (Alejandro Saab) betrayal.

Naruto: The Summoning Technique: Wisdom of the Toad Sage! (2006; anime) [Dosu Kinuta]: Killed by Gaara (Liam O'Brien) when he transforms into the One-Tailed Beast, Shukaku (Kirk Thornton), as Kabuto (Henry Dittman) and Baki (Sam Riegel) look on.
Naruto: Hit It or Quit It: The Final Rounds Get Complicated! (2006; anime) [Hiashi Hyūga/Hizashi Hyūga]: Hizashi is executed (off-screen) by the Land of Lightning in place of his brother several years before the events of the episode; Hiashi survives the episode.
Code Geass: Guren Dances (2008; anime) [Joseph Fenette]: Killed (off-screen) when the Guren Mk. II, piloted by Kallen (Karen Strassman), creates a landslide that destroys the research lab he was on, burying him alive.
Mobile Suit Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans: Beyond the Red Sky (2016; anime) [Coral Conrad]: Killed when the cockpit of his Graze gets impaled by Mikazuki (Kyle McCarley) with the Gundam Barbatos' mace.
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (2012; anime): Battle Tendency (2017) [Kars]: Launched into the atmosphere by a volcanic eruption and becomes frozen in the depths of outer space. His mind eventually breaks down and ceases to function, rendering him braindead.
