Casino Royale (1967) [Casino Doorman/MI5 Man]: Presumably killed in an explosion (along with everybody else in the casino) when Woody Allen explodes.
The Return of Captain Invincible (1983) [Deli Owner] Dies in a fight with Alan Arkin. However removes his skin and reveals someone else.
The Fifth Element (1997) [Professor Pacoli]: Possibly killed by Mondoshawan using unseen method or suffered a heart attack. May also merely have been rendered unconscious, in which case dies (off-screen) between the prologue in 1914 and the future scenes set in 2263.

The Avengers: Two's a Crowd (1965) [Sergei Ivenko]: Shot by model submarine.
The Saint: The Happy Suicide (1965) [Ziggy Zaglan]: Is found to have hanged himself.
Jonathan Creek: Jack in the Box (1997) [Jack Holiday]: Shot in the head by Robin Soans after Robin forces John to go into his bomb shelter; Robin then places the gun in John's hands to make it look like suicide (not knowing that John's arthritis would have made that impossible). His body is shown afterwards when Bernard Kay, Maureen O'Brien, and Andrew Powell discover him; his death is shown in a flashback when Alan Davies explains what happened.
