- Dracula vs. Frankenstein (Blood of Frankenstein; The Blood Seekers; Satan's Bloody Freaks) (1971) [Frankenstein's Monster]: Destroyed when Zandor Vorkov tears off John's arms. (Note: In the death scene, the Monster was actually being played by Shelly Weiss under the make-up, standing in for John.)

- Brain of Blood (The Creature's Revenge; The Oozing Skull; The Undying Brain) (1972) [Gor]: Killed when Kent Taylor surgically removes his brain and transplants Reed Hadley's brain into John's body; his body dies later on when Kent transplants the brain into Grant Williams' body.
- The Dark (The Mutilator) (1979) [The Dark]: Explodes after being set on fire by William Devane. (Thanks to Paul)
- The Hills Have Eyes Part II (1985) [The Reaper]: Falls down a mineshaft after being set on fire in an explosion that Kevin Spirtas and Tamara Stafford had arranged.
