Film Deaths[]
- 2012 (2009) [Sasha]: Killed in a plane crash and explosion when he tries to land his plane, The Antonov, landing it on the edge of a cliff and then the cliff breaks away. Both The Remains of the Antonov and Sasha's body were later swept up by the Megatsunamis.
- Resident Evil: The Final Chapter (2016) [Leon S. Kennedy]: Though Urb doesn't appear in this film, it's revealed that he was amongst the many people Shawn Roberts killed at the White House.
- Breach (2020) [Shady]: Blown up after becoming infected. Some of his blood splashes onto Johnny Messner's face, who then also becomes infected.
- American Siege (2021) [Toby Cavendish]: Sacrifices himself by crushing a grenade with his body and it explodes.
Television Deaths[]
- Arrow: All For Nothing (2018) [Vincent Sobel/Vigilante]: Killed when Katie Cassidy uses her supersonic scream directly in his ear as Juliana Harkavy looks on in horror.
