- Law & Order: Special Victims Unit: Raw (2005) [Brannon Lee Redding]: Shot during his trial along with John Rubinstein, Christopher Meloni and Richard Belzer (Christopher and Richard survive) by Cody Kasch and Keith Siglinger, shortly before Cody and Keith are shot to death by Marcia Gay Harden.
- Boardwalk Empire: All In (2013) [Stu] Shot to death with a machine gun by Stephen Graham, who gave Joel a chance to run for his freedom. Stephen first challenged Michael Shannon to kill Joel, but when Michael's gun jams, Stephen shoots him instead.
