- Combat!: The Pillbox (1964) [Klimmer]: Convinced that Rick Jason or Warren Oates were going to kill him Joe accidentally kills himself with a 'potato masher' hand grenade while using the device to hold his captors at bay when it explodes in his hand as he is backing out of the pillbox.
- Tales from the Darkside: Levitation (1985) [Kharma]: Ambiguously dies after suffering a heart attack during his magic act.
