Troma's War (1988) [Specially Trained Terrorist]: Shot to death in a battle with the heroes.
Terror Firmer (1999) [Jacob Gelman (death by being eaten by escalator)]: Mangled to death when Sheri Wenden opens the escalator cover so that Joe gets caught in the machinery, on top of being hacked with an axe by Sheri. (Played for comic effect.)
Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV (2000) [Lardass (death by methane explosion)/Chester]: Playing a dual role, "Lardass" is killed in an explosion (along with Chris Bagnall and Nicole Howe) when Nicole lights a cigarette and ignites Joe's flatulence, after Joe had destroyed the bomb by eating it. (His parallel-universe counterpart "Chester" survives the movie.) (Played for comic effect.)
Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead (2006) [Jared]: Turned inside out after he eats the cursed chicken, resulting in a case of diarrhea so severe that he literally defecates himself out of his skin. (The gruesome "Inside-Out Jared" corpse was played by Nick Koenig.) (Played for comic effect, as he runs out whooping over his weight loss.)
