- Bad Girls: The Victim (1999) [Rachel Hicks]: Hangs herself from the window of her prison cell.
- Dark Angel (2016 TV mini-series) [Mary Ann Cotton]: Executed by hanging (off-screen, the film ends as the hood is placed over her head). Although 'unproven', Mary Ann Cotton is considered Britain's earliest (known) female serial killer, believed to have murdered at least 13 people, possibly as many as 21.
