The Kiss (1988) [Felice Dunbar]: Killed in a fight with her niece (Meredith Salenger) after the entity possessing her leaves her body when they fall into a pool, she then rapidly decomposes and mummifies as she dies (sinking to the bottom).
Breaking Point (1989) [Anna a.k.a. Diana]: Shot in the back by a Nazi military nurse as Joanna is helping Corbin Bernsen to escape. (Thanks to DeMan)

Warlock: The Armageddon (1993) [Paula Dare]: Falls to her death when Julian Sands flys her to the sky and drops her after tricking her to give her magical stone to him.her body falls right middle of her fashion runway infront of audiences and photographers.
Virus (1999) [Nadia Vinogradova]: Killed in an explosion after she shoots a flare gun at the gas tanks to try and kill one of the remaining bio-mechanicals, setting them both on fire, in order to allow Jamie Lee Curtis and William Baldwin to escape.
Dinocroc (2004) [Paula Kennedy]: Eaten alive by the giant crocodile.
