Highlander: The Series: Free Fall (1992) [Felicia Martins]: Commits suicide by jumping from a skyscraper (landing on a parked car); she later comes back to life (off-screen), since as an Immortal, she can only be permanently killed by beheading.
Walker, Texas Ranger: Wedding Bells 1 (2000) [Dierdre Harris]: Accidentally stabs herself with her own ice bladed knife during a struggle with Chuck Norris. Her body is briefly shown again (covered by a sheet) being taken out of the house and loaded into the ambulance on the TV news coverage of the incident.
Law & Order: Criminal Intent: Reunion (2008) [Sylvia Rhodes]: Hit on the head (off-screen) by a wine bottle by Dana Wheeler-Nicholson. Her body is shown once before the credits, again while detectives investigate the crime scene, and once again in the morgue.
