Film Deaths
- Topper Returns (1941) [Gail Richards]: Stabbed to death (out of camera frame) by H.B. Warner, who had mistaken her for Carole Landis (since Joan and Carole had switched bedrooms). Her body is shown lying on the floor afterwards as her spirit rises from it, and again later on when her ghost leads Roland Young to the scene of the crime.
Television Deaths
- The Twilight Zone: What's in the Box (1964) [Phyllis Britt]: Accidentally knocked out of a window during an argument with William Demarest; this is first shown as a vision of the future on William's TV set, then again when the prediction comes true despite William's efforts to stop it.
