- The Oscar (1966) [Laurel Scott]: Dies in childbirth (off-screen); we learn of her death afterwards when Tony Bennett informs Stephen Boyd.
- Sitting Target (1972) [Pat Lomart]: Killed when Oliver Reed rams their car with his, several times, while it's stopped (Ian McShane gets out, somehow injured). Her body is shown again when Oliver sits beside it and lets himself die in the car explosion.

- Batman: Smack in the Middle (1966) [Molly]: Falls into the atomic reactor in the Batcave while running away from Adam West. (She tries reaching for Adam's arm to save her, but loses balance). (Thanks to John)
- Hart to Hart: Pilot (1979) [Sylvia Maxwell]: Poisoned when Stella Stevens injects her with a drug during an acupuncture session; she dies shortly afterwards while Stefanie Powers is talking to her in the spa. (Thanks to John)
