Supernatural: The Girl Next Door (2011) [Amy Pond]: Stabbed in her stomach with a knife by Jensen Ackles, who thought she might change her habit in the future and start killing humans in spite of her assurances that she wouldn't do that. After her death he pulled the knife out of her.
The Order: Homecoming, Part One (2019) [Renee Marand]: After a magic spell to cure her cancer is sabotaged by Adam DiMarco, Thomas Elms and Devery Jacobs, Jewel is killed when a large bloody blob (presumably the cancer that had been removed) falls from the ceiling into her mouth and forces itself down her throat. Her body is discovered in the next episode by her twin sister (who is also played by Jewel).
