Pom Poko (1994; anime) [Gyobu]: Dies of a heart attack while trying to maintain an illusion to scare away the humans, his fellow Tanuki mourn him at his funeral.
Scooby Doo (2002) [Creatures]: Providing the voices of multiple Creatures, most of them die after coming into contact with sunlight.
The Drawn Together Movie: The Movie! (2010) [Captain Hero]: Dies in an eraser bomb explosion caused by Spanky Ham (accidentally). (Played for comic effect.)
Transformers: Dark of the Moon (2011) [Ironhide]: Providing the voice of a robot, he is shot in the back by Sentinel Prime,(Leonard Nimoy), when he protects Bumblebee from him, his body crumbles to ash after his death.

Drawn Together (2004-2007; animated) [Captain Hero/Various]: Captain Hero has died multiple times along with various one shot characters also voiced by Harnell (A comprehensive list would be almost impossible to compile).
Rick and Morty: Anatomy Park (2013; animated) [Ruben/Roger]: Ruben dies of a combination of tuberculosis and having his lungs shot up by Poncho (Gary Anthony Williams); Roger drowns in a tidal wave of fecal matter after getting his foot caught in a sliding door while miniaturized and trying to escape from Ruben's decomposing body.
Rick and Morty: Get Schwifty (2015; animated) [Greebybobes]: After refusing to participate in the Cromulons' (Justin Roiland) contest, the entire race is killed when the Cromulons blow up their planet.
Son of Zorn: Return to Orange County (2016) [Skunkman]: Decapitated by an apeman when he tears his head off in the midst of a battle.
Star Trek: Lower Decks: Envoys (2020; animated) [K'Orin/Trans-dimensional Entity]: Playing a dual role. After the Trans-dimensional Entity has been weakened by granting wishes for Tawny Newsome and Noël Wells, he attempts to attack Dawnn Lewis only to dissipate harmlessly after colliding with her chest (played for laughs). K'Orin survives the episode.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen - The Video Game (2009) [Ironhide]: In the Decepticon campaign, he is killed by Neil Kaplan.
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen: Decepticons (2009) [Ironhide]: Killed by James Arnold Taylor.
