- Tales from the Darkside: The Devil's Advocate (1985) [Luther Mandrake]: Dies of unspecified causes in his car (off-screen), just before the story begins. We are initially led to believe that he's still alive (although he gradually takes on a more demonic appearance throughout the episode), but we find out that he's dead during a news bulletin, and that the radio station he's in is his own private Hell.
