Jerry Orbach (1935 - 2004)

F/X (1986) [Nicholas DeFranco]: Dies of heart failure when he touches a screen door that Bryan Brown had electrified and the shock overloads his pacemaker (there is also an earlier scene where he is seemingly shot to death by Bryan in a restaurant during a staged assassination).

Aladdin and the King of Thieves (1996; animated, video) [Sa'luk]: Transformed into a gold statue when he touches the Hand of Midas (instead of its handle), after Cassim (John Rhys-Davies) throws it to him (with his body then falling off a suspended platform into a flooded room).

Hunter: Son and Heir (1990) [Sal Scarlatti]: Commit suicide off-screen. His death was mentioned at the end of the episode.
Law & Order: Criminal Intent: Renewal (2007) [Det. Lennie Briscoe]: Jerry doesn't appear in this episode (as it was filmed after his real-life death) but it's revealed that his character died in the time between this episode and his last appearance in the 2005 Law & Order: Trial by Jury episode 41 Shots (his death was implied in several episodes throughout the Law & Order franchise, but it wasn't actually confirmed until this episode).
